Our Commitment
Our commitment is to use an evidence based coaching process to facilitate clients to develop appropriately so they can achieve tangible and meaningful goals and their desired changes and outcomes.
Professional psychological and emotional Coaching, helps the client recognise their inner drivers, their subconscious beliefs and thought patterns, to access their own unique set of values, strengths, hopes and visions and to set and pursue realistic and meaningful goals.
We scaffold them to discover and work towards this. At FitMind we utilise evidence-based approaches to personal and professional growth.
Coaching enables people to access their own capacity and to live and work independently of the coach once the engagement is complete.
We don’t work with a set formula or approach. Each client presents with their own unique set of circumstances and goals and each coaching session is customised for the client.
We help clients realise their goals by scaffolding them to shift their thinking and behaviours and to better understand their inner (and often hidden) drivers, subconscious beliefs, and address what gets in their way of achieving the roles and life they desire.
We create a psychological safe environment so that change is appropriately paced, and clients feel equally supported and challenged.
Change and personal and professional growth takes time as habits of thinking and behaving are often well embedded.
For those leaders who want to grow in their capacity to influence for positive change, learn technical skills such as delegation, team leadership, working with conflict, manager as coach skills, these can be incorporated into the coaching engagement.
We work with clients for periods of 3-12 months depending on needs and goals.
